bot18xxgames's Issues

Never get notifications if only one player is mentioned in !monitor_game

By looking at the "#misc-18xxgames-notifications" channel on the Online 18xx Friends server

One can see that games with only one person on the Discord being monitored don't get notifications from the bot

I tested this by creating my own test games and creating test accounts, joining them to the discord, and mentioning them.

The testing might still be shown in channel "#1889-asynch-shiii" .

I think during INSERT, the bot needs to scan for all players in the game, as seen on 18xx.games, and not just the ones mentioned in !monitor_game
