Can't save com1.js on Windows
mobile browser input support
On a mobile browser, there is no input or focus element to bring up the keyboard.
Tab complete doesn't always work
Example problems:
go into projects
type
$ ls Gi
autocompletes to GitHub, but could also have been GitterPatter.
This is a bug, unless you are going for Windows-style tab completion. So this is a bug, period. :)
Similarly, hitting tab from projects (or another dir) will autocomplete to the first item, but shouldn't, etc.
Support for Filer?
I've been looking for something like this for a while. We're working on a POSIX/node.js style filesystem for the browser, see https://github.com/js-platform/filer. For various things I'd love to have the ability to open a visual shell and run shell and fs operations. Most of the terminals I've seen in js land aren't up to the job. Your demo makes it look this jsterm might be.
How hard would it be to hack your fs backend logic to use the node/filer style API?

Can't create com1.js file in windows
In windows com1.js file can't be created because of filename not allowed. "com1.js" is reversed in windows.
