Somewhat similar to issue #2 for supporting pre-defined routes.
If we supported executing dynamic Lua code instead of having hard-coded JSON/Yaml files, it may work better for some people.

Why Lua? There are more complete and easy-to-use libraries for binding Lua and Go, in comparison to Go+Python or Go+JS

Allow users to specify stuff like the port the API should run on. Logging options. Etc.

Provide a dockerfile so deployments can be more easily facilitated

We should store request information in-memory, and provide access to it via REST-like api on a different port.

As you can see from the above picture, the request channel receiving is taking up a lot of cycles.
We should switch to using a callback which will handle storing requests when they are initially received.

Be able to specify pre-determined URIs for the server, and what the response should be.
This would allow users to effectively mock-out API calls.
