Sort tutors by function, then alphabetically

Good morning!

We talked about this at the demo meeting but I just wanted to submit a formal thingy for it. Can we sort the list of tutors in some manner? Whichever you believe would be most appropriate :)

[Feature Request] Quick Tutor Queue Cancel

In case a person swipes in, and hits a class, and then decides that he doesn't need help, or some other fluke happens where the tutoring is not resolved enough to justify a tutor form to be filled in.

or maybe just for cases where a person is somehow on the list, but not present in the sandbox

Tutor form should pull from currently logged in user

The tutor name for the tutor form should be pulled from the currently logged in user.

Swipe-screen should take input from card-reader

students tap out before tutor forms are filled out

there are times when students tap out before i have a chance to fill out a tutor form, although i have their information. is it possible to show the names of the students, who clicked "i need help" but don't have a tutor form, even after they tap out? thanks!

Tutors' skills don't show up on swipe-screen

Log-in username is case sensitive

Hi! Not sure if you know of this problem or not. I went to log-in to the new system today and typed "@BEntley.edu" by mistake, and had to correct it to the same case I had originally set my username/email to.

show class meeting times

On the dropdown in the tutor form, show the times when the sections meet.

Delay tutor form disappearance after tap-out

Hi,

So last night Mac suggested that we have a delay between when the student taps out and when the option for a tutor form disappears on the tutor-queue screen for the tutors to use. Otherwise, if a student books it out of here before the tutor gets a chance to fill out the form, the opportunity to do so is lost. OR maybe we just need to train the tutors to be more punctual in filling out the form?

add button on queue to show who is currently being tutored by whom.

A nice feature would be a button on the Tutor Queue for tutors to show that they are currently tutoring a student. (and we know who is being helped)

a student came in but chose the wrong course number. on the tutor form, is is possible to make the course number editable?

Password Reset

Currently there's no way for a locked-out user (i.e. someone who forgot their password) to reset it without having an admin remove them and then re-add them as a user.

At the very least, admins should have the ability to reset someone's password to a standard default, but ideally users should be able to do this themselves.

Incorrect timer for tracking students

A student mentioned an error to me where her time never exceeds 33 minutes, even when she is in here for over an hour.

Shows only first 10 tutor forms, not most recent 10

Hi,

So I noticed that the app is only showing the first 10 tutor forms which have been filled out, not the most recent 10 under Tutor History.

Just wanted to let you know!

[Feature Request] Navigation Panel

At either the top or the very bottom of the screen, it would be nice if there was a simple, minimal list of links to point to relevant pages. Which links are displayed could be determined by the user's role.

Admin should be able to log users out

Autoselect or Remember Professor for class

We have a lot of repeat students for the same class -- it'd be a nifty enhancement if the swipe program could remember the prof or look it up for specific students and pre-fill the form.

More than three tutors should display on homepage

Right now only 3 tutors display on the swipe screen, with additional tutors wrapping around to the second line, and are cut off by the bottom of the screen. The boxes should resize to allow more than 3 tutors on the line.
