By chance have you set an output style in the settings? Go to settings -> outputs. Then see if "Use style" is in use. If it is not set to a style, it should be a "-".

If this has been set to a style, your templates will not be changed in the live output.

@SKU003 if you go back to the settings window where it says, "Use Style", click on default and change it to "-". That will then allow you to use your templates.

It should work fine. I think the same as @Bagel94, please follow the steps in his comment, and see if that helps.

Hi, sure thing, I'll check that out.

I've checked and it was on default.

Also, Can seem to find the user @Bagel94 comment, I checked by filtering Authors but nothing to find his/her comment, am I doing it wrong?

Looks like you figured it out!
Also it looks like you found his comment because you followed his directions. (The comment prior to mine in this issue)

Hi, I don’t think you understand I didn't mean can I meant can't. I can't find Bagel94 comment or the steps you had given him. It's showing nothing on him, he hasn't posted anything or commented on anything.

Secondly, I didn't turn on default it was already put so my problem persists. I was showing you it was already in default so I don't know what's causing the issue.

Could you kindly, paste the steps you'd given to bagel94 so I can fix it.

Yes, just set the style back to no style (-)!
