Days filter

Hi, I'm just trying this new app. Just what I was looking for. Thank you very much,

For now, the only thing I could suggest is th possibility to filter what days I want to get alarms. Like Monday to Friday for example. My use case is to get an alarm to move and prevent excess sitting while I'm working. But those alarms are useful for me only on workdays.

App crashes on licence agreement

When the licence agreement dialog opens and I press on "I agree", the app closes/crashes.
I am running version 1.7.0 of the app, on a Samsung Galaxy A52S using Android 14.

feature req: operation without notification

It would be nice if the app operated without needing too have an alarm or notification. Just open the app and do the exercise

feature req: history

It would be nice to see a history of exercises done and when. Maybe a week's worth, or last 30 days
