Add context menu for filtering

A filter should be applied to the current filter. Thus, we build up an ordered filter chain (stack). Display the current filter chain below the violations label.

Fix listener setup

  • Set up the listener in the view part createPartControl.
  • Don't forget to also remove the listener when the View is closed.

Add feature name

Current feature name is: "The only feature of this plugin"

  • PMD support for Eclipse
  • PMD plugin
  • ... (any further suggestions?)

Add nature for PMD

Reason
To check rules on save only when PMD is activated, i.e., the nature is added to the project

Impl. notes

  • Nature must be configurable for multiple projects at once (multi select)
  • Check if nature has already been added to the project

Add view for PMD

  • sorting based on column selection
  • with filters for five priorities (see issue #15)
  • save view settings: sort column, sort order (scope=workspace)
