Better auth check for tweeting

At least add m.user.oper? (waiting on cinch 2.1.0 release to rubygems)

Prob should add a "!auth pass" function - store users in mongo? Admin assigned passwords :) DCC only? Invalidate if sent in channel?

!vaffel?

An important part of Norwegian cubical life is the friday lunch. It is the time of the week where one traditionally have foods like taco, pizza or hamburgers and top it of with the lovely calorie infused vaffel! To celebrate this, jb_duke should support the !vaffel? command. Ideally, this will only return a positive message if the invoker is located at a workplace where vaffel is served, but a more lazy assed approach to the implementation will also be acceptable..
