Remove title and streetview, don't make clickable, add privacy flag

Heroku deployment is failing for rails 3.2

Precompilation of assets fails due to not being able to contact postgres.

Dynamic compilation of assets is not applying the image-url helper methods for scss files.

Registered with heroku support. https://support.heroku.com/requests/41965

Until it's fixed - black backgroud is the symptom.

Google chrome - dev (v18) has a display issue with highcharts - it puts the key legend names on top of each other. Visible also on the highcharts demo site.

Will be fixed when either chrome dev is fixed or highcharts works around it.

Scrolling etc

Doesn't need to be in container/row - can easily be other divs

Left should be wide enough for a 300px streetview centered with a little padding

Right should fill the available space left - no scrolling

Currently when logged in - showing users own only

Allow user to choose

List/Map of all public locations.

Logged in user - list of all owned locations.

User should not be switched back to public from owned.

User should get a "Public link" link on public owned show page.

Should Map be a top level link?

Colours (and icons perhaps) to show own, public, private

Show single point? With auto display of popup?

Incoming links? (bit.ly)

Consider moving show view to edit - use show for single view (and use it for current too).
