What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. unzip an *.ibooks file with The Unarchiver producing a folder full of files.
2. attempt to zip the resulting folder using ePub Zip Unzip
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The hope and expectation is that this process will create an *.epub file whose 
suffix can then be changed to *.ibooks and that file will function properly in 
the iBooks.app on iOS or MacOS X 10.9 or later


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ePub Zip Unzip 2.0.1on MacOS X 10.10.1

The motivation behind this is to provide a method of correcting the unnecessary 
bloating of video files caused by the video optimizer in iBooks Author. That 
method would be to 1) unzip the *.ibooks file, 2) find/replace the video file 
with a more efficiently encoded version being careful to use the same file name 
and 3) zip the folder back into an *.ibooks container.  This third step used to 
work with Applescripts gotten from macosautomation.com but Apple has changed 
things just enough where scrips that worked before no longer work.
BTW, Pages exhibits the same video bloat on ePub export, albeit to a greater 
extent, and ePub Zip Unzip enables this same workflow perfectly. I'm in the 
process of writing up a blog post documenting that right now. It would be great 
to be able to say that there is a similar solution for video bloat in iBooks 
Author.
