When a task is set to Anytime, this means the task belongs to no project and had no when date.

• Create an area with id=-1 (or 1) that cannot be edited or deleted. This will be where Inbox tasks will live
• Tasks with area_id, project_id, header_id, when = null will belong to Anytime

When creating a task in a blank project, all created headers, regardless of project_id, are visible in the wrong project

A project should be able to be completed with a popup asking confirmation

After a project is comlpeted, it shows in the Logbook with a circle checkbox, bold font with the area its from as secondary text. Double clicking opens the completed project.

In TaskList.jsx, when there are no tasks but there are headers, no headers will show until a task gets created

You should be able to set the when date of a project
