Do the versions from immediately before the z_native.c fix have this? Perhaps this was caused by that as well.

Unfortunately I don't have a backup of a version from immediately before the z_native.c fix (and I'm not sure how to revert the change correctly), so I can't say.
But we can be sure that this demo no longer desyncs.

This is revision 691, which apparently had the z_native crashing problem. Can you test?

It can't even reach level 26 as it always crashes out. Is there any way I can warp to the next level during the playback?
