Easy GIS .NET is a GIS and Shapefile library written in C# that includes mapping and .NET Shapefile Controls for use in Windows Forms desktop applications and .NET websites.

Prerequisites

• Visual Studio 2017 or later.
• .NET 4.7.2
• Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019 (required for proj9.0 native dll). https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/
