Prepare database

rm test.db
sqlite3 fliboobstier.db < storage/sqlite_schema.sql

Manual build and run

make deps && make && make install

Docker build and run

FR: Daily leader

Option to start random daily leader election. Leader board for this year and all time. Migrate history from old realization.

Sticker share is broken

Need to store and compare file_unique_id as well as file_id to receive\send stickers.

FR: Voting for picture

Add ability to vote for each picture which bot sends. Voting mechanism is simple: thumb up/thumb down. After some negaitve votes (needs some analytics to detect proper threshold), picture should be removed from pool.
