Games are too fast

Either very short grace period (2-3 mins) or multiple lives (2-3) can fix this. Maybe nerf compasses to 45 secs as well

Notifs are fucking ugly

Start! should be displayed as a title

Compass notif?

If we're gonna make the compass timer longer, it might be good to make a little text saying "compass now ready" whenever the cooldown is done.

/newgame does not generate a new world

Maybe I should try using MultiVerse

Spawns

Current spawns are random and that's dumb because you can spawn next to each other

Have players spawn in a ring, you can use trig to do this.

Compass activates twice when you right click ground block
