Add const

Add const to distinguish between mutable and immutable arguments to the functions

Add VTK legacy format output

Add a postprocessing function for generating VTK files in the legacy format. This avoids the need for the installation/linking of the VTK library.

change ( ) to [ ] for accessing elements from Eigen Vectors

Change the vector/array element access to [ ] instead of ( ) for the ease of replacement of Eigen Vectors with other Vector types, if needed in future.
