• blast contains results of crispr sequences blasted against phage data from phagesdb

• phage contains data for all sequenced phages in phagesdb (http://phagesdb.org/)

  • fasta contains fasta files of all phages in phagesdb (http://phagesdb.org/)

• fastaDownloader is the python script we use to download phagesdb fastas

• mycobacteria_data contains spacer sequences for all mycobacteria, source: crisprdb (http://crispr.u-psud.fr/)
