In the feed view, the scrubber is showing in the storyboard, but not in the app.
Tried the trick of moving it to a different layer then back, but didn't work. Also tried to clean and rebuild, in vain.

haven't created the gif yet for the following glitchs:
1. in the horizontal scroll view, no navigation dots are shown (already picked colors)
2. scrubbler not shown on app, though shown in storyboard. Tried the trick of shifting the layers back and forth. Didn't seem to fix it.
3. setting scroll view only occupying half of the screen, even though set to be full size and constraint properly.
