error when loading json

Thanks for doing this code.
I have spent the last 3 days trying to fix the bounding box to match the segmentations , and I just got your git.
from your shapes.json it seems that you have fixed this problem
my mask files have multiple same color mask ( my class id is 1).

I was wondering if you can share your folder structure?
also, i used this: python main.py -dn '' -b "./datasets/AI_export" -i 'image' -m "anno" -j "coco_instances.json"
however, i was getting an error in the json.load. it seems it did not like my blank json. did you have to create an empty template?
