Hi @charlesnchr, your work is both interesting and inspiring. I am right now trying to run your pretained model, however, I found that the parameter setting used to derive the .pth file seems to be quite different from the setting in the file 3_Evaluate.ipynb, could you please provide the parameter setting used to get the pretrained model? Excellent project! Could you please provide the experimental parameters(e.g. OTF, pattern phase/orientation) of the Test_data so I can try oher methods (e.g. ablation against FairSIM as mentioned in your paper).

I'm currently writing a student research paper on smart HiLo imaging and planned on using your network for image evaluation.
When I tried executing the "yarn download-models” I ran in to an HTTP403 error.
Is that a malfunction on my side or in the software ?
