Currently, right-clicking on a link or textbox has no effect. There should be “Copy Link” and “Open Link in Default Browser” options for links, and cut/copy/paste options for the textboxes.

This should use node-mac-notifier, and should allow replying to regular @reply notifications and feedbacking on reports via FIRE.

Options:

• body: post contents
• subtitle: post title + reasons
• title: “SmokeDetector Report on $sitename”
• icon: site icon
• canReply: true

Currently, coal doesn’t add GM_* variables to the scope, because it doesn’t use a real userscript environment. This causes FIRE to fail to load.
