We need a server
Right now our "server" is me running node index on my computer. Not the most scalable way do to things.
we need blockchain
use a blockchain (non-crypto) coin to represent who's apart of the meritocracy and instead of hosting it on GitHub host it on mango also use dat:// so decentralized chaos bot is decentralized
We need tests
We should run tests on every PR, before Chaosbot can merge them.
