bug描述
内置组件scroller在TT端不会触发scrolltobottom方法
问题截图

lower-threshold="{{bottomOffset}}"的rpx去掉，正常，此值为number类型
编译环境信息

• chameleon-tool 版本：[[email protected]]
• nodejs版本、npm版本：[node v10.15.1、npm 6.4.1]
• 电脑操作系统： [MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)]

运行环境信息

• 端版本： [tt]
• 手机机型: [e.g. iPhone6 12.0]

现象：
通过scroller的onscroll事件获取scrollLeft值。组件在手释放后由于惯性会继续滚动，例如会继续滚动到100px的偏移量（假设的值）。如果在这个过程中，用手指停止其惯性滚动（<100px）。onscroll获取的scrollLeft任是100px，并不是实际滚动的举例。
