terraform apply error with module.issue-opener.ko_build.image

I'm running into an issue with terraform apply using the Github example:

│ Error: doBuild: one of KO_DOCKER_REPO env var, or provider `docker_repo` or `repo`, or image resource `repo` must be set
│
│   with module.issue-opener.ko_build.image,
│   on .terraform/modules/issue-opener/github-issue-opener/iac/main.tf line 44, in resource "ko_build" "image":

I suspect the resource just needs an extra field added pointing at the provider-specific repository.
