Error running apu on Ubuntu 16.04

Previously, I had issues when multiple devices were connected. Now, after disconnecting all devices but one apu -p todoapp-mvp-dagger -i -o results in the following error.

Handling multiple devices

Is there a way to target a particular device, when multiple devices / emulators are connected? I don't see any flags on the readme or am I missing something?

Installing com.example.app...
