Check that all field data has been imported successfully and add issues for any data entry problems to be resolved.

Document all scripts used for importing data from the literature and check which traits have been completed.
Check weights assigned to records from different sources.

Code to create a workbook (XLSX format) to download all records in the database for purpose of quality assessment and data curation.

One line per record with trait name, and trait value (norm_value field), weight and references.

Berin and Renee suggest having:

• norm value column: will show selected category for categorical data and summary of best (lower--upper) for numerical data
• Additionally, for numerical data have the triplet value as separate columns (best, lower, upper)
• raw value column (currently this can be consulted following the link to the record in the database)
• method of estimation column
