Wrong use of ViewModel

OK I recently made a commit where I tried to implement the architecture component and I made a big bounce. With the current state of the app, lots of memory leaks could occur because I stored a reference to fragments and views in the ViewModel class which is not supposed to be. Anyways I'm just starting out with the architecture components. I'll fix the issue as I go.
