Good Afternoon
Hi, I've published my first CDK pattern to a new repo, and i'm intending on adding more as time progresses..
https://github.com/py-cdk/python-cdk
The Focus of this repo, will be to provide fully functional 'examples' and patterns of using CDK with Python. Pythonists have for too long been 2nd class CDK users and hopefully more examples, will help us!
If you'd like to build a link to this in the cdk.dev website this would be wonderful!
With more content being added, it would be good to have the option to filter by categories
Greetings!
I recently developed and published a vscode extension CDK Snippets for Python. I would be grateful to get this out to the wider community via this platform.

When a new post goes up it'd be nice if it was automatically posted on social networks.
What handles do we want to post under? I assume https://twitter.com/cdkdev_?
Hi all - it looks like the Slack invite link has expired and its impossible to join. Thank you!
The public invite for cdk-dev slack is no longer valid. A previous discussion said to create an issue here to get this resolved.
https://cdk.dev is down.
Following up on my comment in #8:
The "coming soon" design template which I added in the beginning is not really suited for content, I think.
I recently bought Tailwind UI for another project and the license explicitly allows usage in open source projects as well. So far I'm really digging the provided components, as they're really well crafted and fit nicely together.
I think this would cover all our needs when it comes to design.
Thoughts?
Hi - the Join maillist (Subscribe button) domain doesn't exist, so it is impossible to subscribe. Thank you!

Let me know if it looks okay!
Hi all,
I collected some content to fill the resource and blog section.
Please add and substitute better content. :)

Rather than dumping all resources / posts on one page, some sort of pagination would be nice. Becomes an actual issue with more content being added.
Hi CDK.dev Team!
I recently published a blog on using SemGrep to analyze and find common security misconfigurations with AWS-CDK L2 Constructs, as well as automate enforcing usage of team constructs over the OOB ones - would love to get this out to the wider community via the cdk.dev blogs page:
Make it look better when shared on social media with open graph tags and image.
Is it possible to add UTM query string to all linked blog posts to give us a bit better understanding of our Google Analytics traffic coming from cdk.dev
This should be enough:
<link>?utm_source=cdk.dev&utm_medium=referral
I think the AWS logo is the old one. They are using the Smile logo now.
Rather than having people create yaml files, it would be nice to have a tool which takes a URL as input, and writes a yaml file in the expected format. The author has probably be done manually, but there could be something similar to create an author from a Twitter or Github profile.
Something like this:
cdk-dev user https://twitter.com/ryands1701
cdk-dev post --author ryands1701 https://dev.to/ryands17/generating-thumbnails-via-s3-events-using-aws-cdk-typescript-l1i
The contained logic, could likely be used as a basis for an actual dynamic solution later on as well. Therefore, it would be good to keep that in Typescript as well.
I could really use something like this, to migrate existing content over from cdkweekly.com and I think it would be generally way easier for other people to contribute content.
The Slack invite on the https://cdk.dev site appears to be expired.
follow ups for #170
This is the same as this issue.

New Blog post about AWS CDK ECS pattern: https://medium.com/@jolodev/demystifying-aws-cdks-ecs-pattern-e58315972544
Hi all,
to improve the SEO of cdk.dev I think it would a good idea to write 2-3 cornerstone content pieces.
Longform articles about broad topics that people google.
Eg: "How to start with aws-cdk?" "What is aws-cdk" and that also for tfcdk.
