A WordPress widget for displaying featured content along with a font awesome icon.

Awesome featured content widget gives you the ability to easily add a font awesome icon which links to any piece of content on your site. You can also add standard HTML of any kind bellow the icon, just like a standard WordPress text widget.
- Add Font Awesome to your WordPress site without any code.
- Choose to display the widget title before or after the icon.
- Display any Font Awesome icon with a searchable drop-down select box.
- Adjust the icon's size and basic color settings within the widget.
- Add a link to any piece of published content on your site through a searchable drop-down.
- Include any type of HTML you like bellow the icon just like a WordPress text widget.
- Download the latest release from GitHub.
- Go to the Plugins โ Add New screen in your WordPress admin panel and click the Upload tab at the top.
- Upload the zipped archive.
- Click the Activate Plugin link after installation completes.
- Download the latest release from GitHub.
- Unzip the archive.
- Copy the folder to
/wp-content/plugins/
. - Go to the Plugins screen in your WordPress admin panel and click the Activate link under Awesome Featrued Content.

Clone this repository in /wp-content/plugins/

Then go to the Plugins screen in your WordPress admin panel and click the Activate link under Awesome Featrued Content.
Add the Awesome Featrued Content widget to one of your theme's widget areas and select your display options.
