REST API for PlugReg about cordova-plugins

@leecrossley Just a couple of things.

First: While you're adding version and modified date, would you please add in description.

Second: This is more of a semantic issue than anything. Instead of "git", would "url" be more appropriate since the plugin might not be hosted on/as a "git" service? Some plugin authors might just provide a .tgz file. I like the way you have it on the site, where the url pointed directly to the .git project. Ex: https://github.com/Smile-SA/cordova-plugin-websqldatabase.git.

Please take these suggestions with a grain of salt.

Great suggestions, I have added description and amended the url property. Plugin developers are generally lazy when adding a description to their plugin.xml :)

Version and modified date will take a little longer, as I'm going to change a few things to make this more accurate.
