Display the url of each file before testing

It should show the url / filename of each file before each test. Currently, this can only be achieved when running the test with --verbose.
The test results are unusable because it's not clear in which file an error has occured.

NETWORK_ERR: XMLHttpRequest Exception 101: A network error occurred in synchronous requests.

After installing and trying to run the basic example that points at google, I received the following error:

Running OSX El Capitan. I have xcode installed. Has anyone received this error?

Newer versions of pa11y

Do you have any plans to update grunt-pa11y to use pa11y 2.x.x?

I'm trying to work grunt-pa11y into my testing stack to help ensure I am meeting accessibility standards.
The newer versions of pa11y added some functionality that would make testing, tracking, and fixing errors easier.

Target files instead of url

Is there any way to test files relative to the gruntfile instead of a URL?
