Development Status ⚠️

SmartCart is currently undergoing active development, with ongoing enhancements and style changes. We're working on refining features and optimizing the user interface for a seamless shopping list experience on mobile devices.

Overview

SmartCart is a mobile-focused shopping list application developed with React and Node. The project is divided into two main folders: Backend and Frontend.

Installation

To set up the project, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Backend folder and run:

   npm install
   npm start

2. Move to the Frontend folder and run:

   npm install
   npm start

This will install the necessary dependencies and start the application.

Usage

SmartCart is currently designed exclusively for the mobile segment. It allows users to register, create shopping lists, and determines the most affordable supermarket for each list.
