Please provide an example of "Command"

Hello,
I'm going through the README of this project, and it would be great if you could provide an example of a Command. Perhaps a user creation or user update.

Also, in the Typical project structure section, you added a "FetchUserByGuid" class under the "Commands" folder, which does't make sense.
