Potentially. I personally have never touched Telegram X but the official theme distribution doesn't include a way to publish those themes. I'll do some research in the future, but for now I want to focus on the "regular" Telegram Apps – Desktop, iOS and macOS. Tho … just to make sure tho: Could you check the updated v2 themes work for Telegram X?

In case this can be useful, though, I just found out about the existence of the "TG to TGX Theme Bot" (https://t.me/tg2tgxBot) that is able to automatically convert Telegram themes to Telegram X ones and, in fact, providing it the link to the Catppuccin Mocha theme file produced a color scheme that seem quite accurate.

Maybe you can have a look at that to have a foundation for a Telegram X-compatible theme.
