This will trigger an exception from archive_writer.cpp line 199: entry file not found.

So I was trying to build your library on Windows using MinGW (more specifically this one: http://tdm-gcc.tdragon.net). MinGW has it own sys/types.h header file which defines ssize_t which then causes a conflict with your declaration of it in memory_callback_writer.hpp. If you could patch this, I would appreciate it.

This doesn't have a license, so it isn't possible to use this. Please add an OSI approved license, and add the appropriate header to each file as well as a top-level license file.
