I'm suspecting either etherpad-communication or png-rendering.

Oop looks like we can't use this etherpad host anymore.

Options:

1. Figure out how to host one cheaply (database storage is an issue, even if we aggressively clean it)
2. Use something other than etherpad. Theoretically we could deal with localstorage and some peer-to-peer thing.
3. Consider removing realtime-collaborative part of this app (and be like viz.js's demo page)
4. Switch to another host for now
5. Switch to a round-robin style to distribute between different free hosts ones (in a deterministic way)

Have to refresh upon compiling-error (which happens a lot).

This was a bug with viz.js, it was fixed in an update from this issue~!
Just merged viz.js 1.3.0 into master, it's got a fix for this.

if the image is tiny, it doesn't expand to fit the space.
try this!

Changing the layout on a graphviz does not make a visible change and does not stick across refreshes.
