"Node version not specified in package.json"

bcrypt also seems to have been a contributing factor to the failed install.

Right now when deploying to Heroku, users must set the admin email and password as environment variables. It'd be great to change this so that there's a simple setup screen that displays on a fresh install similar to WordPress. On that screen, setup admins could declare a username, password, logo url, and sendgraid api key and then launch the product from there.

I'm able to create and preview a roundup but when I hit "send", I get a "Request failed with status code 500" error and the email is not sent.

Right now when deploying to Heroku, there are a few environment variables that users must set to customize the product:

• SENDGRID_API_KEY
• LOGO_URL

It'd be great to setup a global preferences screen for admins to control these settings rather than have them as environment variables.
