Instead of showing the Loading gif, a red error windows is displayed

The class Cursor draws its own cursors.

One solution is making Pharo able to read cursor files (like these), and load them during bootstrap.

Instead of using a relative measure (such as em), pixels are used as the basic measure and transformations are calculated by multiplying pixels by a number.

Top menu shows extra black triangle next to each item and items in bottom tab are surrounded by a black square

Inspecting the tab's morph (Cmd+Ctrl+Shift + Click) solves the problem

To reproduce:

• Modify SystemWindow>>#shouldCacheSceneGraphSurface to return true
• Open a calypso browser and on top of it open a playground
• Place the playground on top, intersecting the calypso browser
• Drag the playground around and the calypso browser will look off

It looks like there is only one small version of icons, which look blurry when escalated.

• Athens uses Cairo in an inefficient manner
• Extensions for Morphs are not saving cache images efficiently?
