Buffer is a Node thing. Maybe we should use this instead or simply stop encoding the script source

Tailwind 3.3 just came out with support for ESM and TypeScript config files

• Protect main branch
• Check types in CI with tsc
• Run test suite (#2)
• Implement changesets bot w/ automatic releases

And replace the root one with basic project information. I like this one https://github.com/delucis/astro-og-canvas

It should be lightweight and very minimal as it will probably be used with visual regression tests (#2). Astro seems like a good fit

I think the best way to test this is with visual regression tests with Playwright
