A simple client library for communicating with MPD (http://mpd.wikia.com) - "a flexible, powerful, server-side application for playing music" To build just run make, this will create a doc directory which should contain a useful reference to the functions exported by the erlmpd module. Host package on hex.pm
It would be great if this library was available on the hex package managers so we could easily use it in our applications.
Include example usage
I find it's often really nice to have a "hello world" style usage example for documentation purposes. Could we get one for this library please? :)
Host generated documentation online

Declare a license?
Hello,
I am considering creating an own MPD player client in Erlang and would like to make use of this library. I checked that it works just fine with some quick testing (even the sticker stuff seemed to work well in my tests after commenting-in the relevant pieces of the code).
Is there any DFSG-compliant license applicable to the code? Would you mind declaring one for it? I think Expat or GPL-3.0 or later would be nice choices but from my point of view, any DFSG-compliant license would do.
