Could you please help with the following error message.

could not open port 'COM3': FileNotFoundError(2, 'The system cannot find the file specified.', None, 2)

I have installed all python libraries, when it comes to this line ser = serial.Serial('COM3', 9600, timeout = 0) it spits error. I am trying to setup software part only.

Could you please share the circuit diagram of the set-up with all the parts, I am really having a hard time figuring it out

Tools : I am using ardunio nano with esp 8266

tried solutions : 1) checked COM port
2) checked COM in device manager too , COM ports are not visible in device manager

Hi I have the LED matrix. There is no GND or 5V marking on it instead there is V-, In, V+ and V-, Out, V+ pins. What connections should be made?
