cellminercdb_pages's Issues

Cell line table

Hello,
Due to "cellminercdb" design, all data types of any package have all the same number of cell lines even there is no data for specific cell lines. That is reflected in the cell line page table. To be accurate I think we need to look at each specific data type and not count the cell line if it is filled with NA for all features (genes/drugs)

Hello,

Looking at the cell line help pages, I did not find the ones for "mdamb157","plcprf5" ,"rh30" ,"ri1" and “sr”. Any reasons that they are missing?
