Low priority issue - user can disable for a similar effect

Right now, Travis generates a random tag for the release.

Tests are failing intermittently due to threading problems.

game_not_started_view and game_started_view are shown via implicit state.

Make this state explicit; perhaps with some state on the GameController?

activity_game.xml layout should have no default visibility settings
