Bug in start.sh script - bash path not set

It looks like you missed a ~ in your start.sh script - it's writing a new .bashrc with just the path export line into /home/cardanouser/tmp/.bashrc

echo 'export PATH="~/.local/bin:$PATH"' >> .bashrc

Try to reset my node and keep getting cabal: command not found

So i tired to reset my node since I kept getting the KES KEY EXPIRED on my BP even when I tried to rotate the KEYS in CNTOOLS so i tired to re-install start.sh and prereqs.sh but now I keep getting..

/opt/cardano/cnode/scripts/cabal-build-all.sh: line 33: cabal: command not found

when i run $CNODE_HOME/scripts/cabal-build-all.sh

any ideas on how to resolve without having to reformat my ssd and start over?
