As it stands, the left and right padding is not optimized for mobile widths. This can easily be changed by using one of the already existing media queries.

Unintended behavior obviously. Will probably migrate to MDL 2.0 and fix all the other issues as well.

I'm using Karma markdown, and code highlighting isn't working. How do i fix that?

Right now, all header divs only support colors. Add support for images instead.

I've added the code to the but a favicon still doesn't show up. Weird.

I'm unable to click the drawer button and the title in the upper left corner (both don't respond as if there was no link) on all my mobile devices:

• iPhone 5S (iOS 10.1.1)
• iPod touch 6 (iOS 10.1.1)
• iPad mini 2 (iOS 10.1)

Tested with Safari and iCab Mobile.

Is this only some iOS problem? Would be great if an Android user could test it, too.

The background div seems to jerk around. This appears to be an Edge specific issue with z-indexes. More info available here:
