In-app billing Version 3 is the latest version, and maintains very broad compatibility across the range of Android devices. In-app Billing Version 3 is supported on devices running Android 2.2 or higher that have the latest version of the Google Play store installed.
In-app Billing Version 2 is superseded. Please migrate to Version 3 at your earliest convenience.
