Currently, we have a pending ask for the PMP Program board around the following

• "running high frequency transit on the SHS"

However, we do not know the intersection of "high frequency transit" & the SHN. We also don't have a definition of "high frequency transit".

Let's prepare a simple voila tool to show, using different possible frequnecy cut-offs, where on the State Highway network transit is running.

Datasets:

• gtfs.routes
• gtfs.stop_times
• gtfs.stops
• SHN lines

alternatively, if @lottspot / @themightychris are moving to kube, use the cluster to deploy

currently, we dump all the notebooks into the same folder.

let's use the grid and make sure we are tracking which group (as much as possible) each notebook is for and doing it by folders
