If MPI dll load error is encountered follow the procedures advised here

1. Uninstalling OpenMPI
2. Uninstalling mpi4py
3. Installing Microsoft MPI
4. Re-installing mpi4py with pip so that a wheel gets installed

mpi4py needs to be reinstalled.

Create a train.py that makes training in the environment easier.
Check functionality:

• Environment creating
• Model training
• Model saving
• Model loading

FlightGear loading sceneries takes too long time, environment waits the FG load but starts the agent if loading timeouts.
