Pool Simulator

It is designed for underwater robots (ROV, AUV etc.). The model was created with olympic pool dimensions.

Click to use the simulator on ROS Noetic. (This version does not include uuv simulator packages.)

Requirements for use

• ROS Melodic

  Ubuntu 18.04

• uuv_simulator

  sudo apt install ros-melodic-uuv-simulator

Installation

cd ~/catkin_ws/src

git clone https://github.com/cagdasaktay/pool-simulator-uuv_sim.git

cd ~/catkin_ws

catkin_make

source devel/setup.bash

Launch Simulation in Gazebo

You can run the simulation with the following command.

 roslaunch pool_simulator gazebo.launch

How to build a new scene for uuvsim?

hi,I'm trying to build a new scene,like a water tank for uuv_simulator,as you do.But I am new to uuvsim.So could you please tell me how can I manage to do it:) (like how can I create that .dae file and .srd file ) Thanks!
