Description

User should be able to specify a recipient with or without the @ symbol, but a non-related warning message is printed when an @ symbol is not provided. After the warning message, the TELL command completes successfully anyway.

Example

Input:

!tell cadojo hello

Output:

Whoops! The tell command wasn't used correctly.
Try using the same format as the examples in "!help tell".
This command requires a non-blank message.
